- Website membership and management: Until membership withdrawal
- Consultations and service inquiries: Retained for 3 years after the purpose is achieved (in accordance with relevant laws such as the E-Commerce Act)
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, it may be provided to third parties only with the user's consent or when required by law.
Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
Users may at any time access or modify their registered personal information and may request withdrawal of consent (account deletion).
Article 6 (Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company will promptly destroy personal information when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose. Information in electronic file form will be destroyed using technical methods that prevent reproduction of the records.
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle complaints and remedy damages related to personal information.
